Exercise Physiology Services

Initial Consultation- 60 Minutes

A 60-minute comprehensive consultation to assess your current health, physical function, and goals. We’ll review your injury history and movement capacity, then create a personalised exercise plan to support your recovery, performance, or condition management.

Subsequent Consultation- 45 Minutes

45-minute follow-up consultation to continue your personalised program. We’ll review your progress, refine your plan, and focus on improving strength, mobility, and performance. Whether you're transitioning from rehab, managing a chronic condition, returning to sport, or aiming to elevate your overall performance — this session keeps you moving forward.

Subsequent Consultation- 30 minutes

30-minute subsequent consultation is ideal for clients needing a quick review, minor program adjustments, or targeted support between longer appointments. This shorter format is perfect for time-conscious clients, check-ins, or progressing specific goals without a full reassessment.Whether you're managing a busy schedule, fine-tuning technique, or following up on a specific area of concern — this session keeps your progress on track efficiently.
