30-minute subsequent consultation is ideal for clients needing a quick review, minor program adjustments, or targeted support between longer appointments. This shorter format is perfect for time-conscious clients, check-ins, or progressing specific goals without a full reassessment.Whether you're managing a busy schedule, fine-tuning technique, or following up on a specific area of concern — this session keeps your progress on track efficiently.
